Buying an hour’s research is a useful option if you’ve hit a brick wall with your own family tree research and need some fresh eyes, or if one of my detailed packages does not completely suit your requirements and you would like something individually tailored.

My hourly rate is £20, but if traveling is required (eg to a record office or graveyard) then expenses will be added.

Any documents used in the research process – for example census returns – will be passed on to you at the completion of the research. Should you require copies of microfiche documents from parish records these will be added to your charge at the rate of the individual record office.
